Wolfsburg sign Yoshito Okubo of Vissel Kobe
By: j | January 4th, 2009Felix Magath struck a brilliant precision move for Wolfsburg’s attack force bringing in Yoshito Okubo from J-League’s Vissel Kobe. This is not his first venture to European Football as he was with Mallorca of La Liga in 2005-2006 but with only fair results. However with buoyed confidence he feels ready for the challenge:
“In Spain, I could not play many games but my playing style has become steady and I want to give it another try”
In bringing in the twenty-six year-old striker he will join fellow Japanese international Makoto Hasebe at Wolfsburg.
